Mayor Villarigosa to Introduce New DONE GM

Dear Community Member:

On behalf of Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa, I would like to invite you to join us for the announcement of BH Kim as the General Manager of the City’s Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DONE). Kim will be the first Korean American general manager in the City’s history and will be responsible for improving the workings of the City’s system of neighborhood councils.

A press conference with Mayor Villaraigosa and BH Kim will be held on Friday, May 30th at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapman Market located on 3465 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90020. A light breakfast reception will commence immediately before the press conference to celebrate this momentous occasion at the Chapman Market Courtyard, located in the heart of Los Angeles Korea-town.
